Our carefully designed process has been constructed to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle, while maintaining a high level of efficiency.

We follow a four phase process to ensure customer satisfaction and project efficiency. We will create a timeline chart outlining the key stages, or milestones, of the project. At each milestone we provide deliverables and gain approval or sign off before continuing. Following a structured process in this way means we can be sure to always achieve deadline and budget and help you to reach your objectives Our process begins with a discovery phase where we plan everything clearly, then a creative phase where all visual elements are designed, then a technical phase where the visual elements are brought to life, and finally a review and testing phase. At each stage or milestone we will seek approval and sign-off, and finally a User Acceptance Test where we will demonstrate that each element in the scope has been successfully achieved. Our 4 stage design process is:

1. The Discovery Phase This is the project planning phase. A dedicated project manager will be assigned to you and provide documents including Site maps, Wireframes and Schemas.
2. Creative Phase At this stage all original content or design which you have commissioned us to produce will be completed and provided for your approval
3. Technical Phase Now the job of actually coding your web site begins. Starting with the front end, we initially complete all the programming and key pages are provided for your approval
4. Testing and Review Finally, we will upload the site to our test server where wit will also be available to the customer and begin testing in earnest.
