How to Deactivate and Activate Any Master

Each and every Master (Product, Supplier, Customer, Color,Size, bank etc.) in ApparelConnect has 'Row Status' with check box. Open the particular master and follow the below steps to deactivate or reactivate the master.

Deactivate

• Untick the check box and press save button to Deactivate the master (this deactivated master will not be visible for further transaction in system). Upon unticking the check box the row status will be change from active to Closed.

Activate

• Tick the check box and press save button to reactivate the master (this deactivated master will  be visible again for further transaction in system). Upon ticking the check box the row status will become active again.
